Hello

I ran the python test program in

http://www.rdio.com/developers/docs/web-service/oauth/ref-registration

from my desktop (which is online) by using my consumer_key and consumer_secret.

I get a prompt to enter a pin/ OAuth verifier:

How do I determine what the PIN is?

Thanks

Hi,

When you run the script you'll notice that it provides you with a url before it prompts you for a pin.

 > Authorize this application at: https://www.rdio.com/oauth/authorize/?oauth_token=BLAH BLAH BLAH

That for the "user" (you for this example) to authorize the app.  Go to the site and you'll be prompted with a pair of large Allow/Deny buttons (if you're not already logged into Rdio you'll be prompted to do so).  Click Allow and you'll be given the needed pin.

Hope that helps,

Thanks Rebecca. Got that to work. I should have looked closely at the line before.
