released 3.4.0

Hi everyone,

I just released 3.4.0!

The big change was of course the structured parsers from Ivan Herman -
RDFa/hTurtle/Microdata support. Just pass format='html' to graph.parse
to have it autodetect the right one.

Thanks a lot to Ivan, and apologies it took so long to actually release!

Thanks also to everyone else who contributed pull requests/tests/etc.
