Not mine and never dealt with this seller.

What catches my attention is the dearth of description on this frameset.  Which may mean that it was just found at an estate sale or something.  And further conjecture probably is not necessary.

Appears to be a dark red Joe Bell painted later model lugged custom. Stated as 60 CM which looks about right. With a reasonably cheap group and sort of non-RBW setup (seller has the saddle jacked up to look more like a standard issue road bike), then tilted down a bit oddly. Reasonably inexpensive drivetrain - though that doesn't mean too much.  Anyway - just floating it out there for review.

For what it's worth, La Jolla is not exactly a hotbed for misappropriated property. There's probably 7,500 square feet of Zillow daydreamery attached to that garage door.

Yeah that one popped up on my eBay search.  Love the color.  However at 60 it is waay too big for me.

It belongs to Ye Olde Bike Shoppe here in San Diego. For a little while they had three pristine Rivs, two Atlantis and this custom at insane prices. Rumor has it they won them at a storage auction.

To me it looks larger than 60 cm.

I have zero interest in getting another bike at this point, but man, that bike is pretty.

I sent a message to the seller 2 days ago asking for a bit more detail (age of frame, wheelset info), but received no response.  The frame itself looks like it's seen little use unless it was recently repainted.  I was surprised at the lack of info in the posting as well.
