Session files

Hi gang!

We have 2 kind of the .session files. razor.desktop with default WM  

   Exec=razor-session

and WM specific

   Exec=razor-session -w kwin

In the first thread Petr offered to remove them. Now I agreed with him. 

Do anyone has objections? If not, I'll delete them on Saturday.

in debian theres more issues, the razor-session if u dont have fists session loged yet, when u logged at fisrt time with razor , and razor not defined yet a WM, razorqt will faild to load and use openbox in next..

i use in my personal packages a razor.dekstop file but that not call  razor-session, , this call startrazor ...

that its not a solution.. i dont understant wil by fisrt time the razor desktop can assig a WN automaticaly in debian stable..

i compile a razor session wiht -g and also see .xsession errors and noting. of course that was with 0.4.1 first release..  and i not tested any more that..

i will test with current git in weekend and post here..
