Running exabayes example in HT-COndor/OpenMPI

Hi,

I'm trying to run an example of exabayes using MPI and HT-Condor but I'm having some issues. When using more than 1 machine the exabayes program stayed in an infinite loop. Do you have any experience using MPI and HTCondor with exabayes?

I can bring you more details about de environment and problems if so.
