Dear Users,
I am very happy to announce that Ivica Letunic has now added support for
.jplace files as produced by pplacer and RAxML's EPA to his nice tree
visualization tool itol3: http://itol3.embl.de/
Also see attached screenshot.
Finally, Ivica is open to feature requests, just send them to me and
I'll collect them and forward them to him.
