Hi Alexis, 

I am running the mpi version of RAxML on a cluster and tried performing 100 searches (-N 100). However, I only requested 10 cores on the system. I assumed that the run would proceed by analyzing 10 sets of 10 runs, but it appears that it stops after the initial 10. Would I need to request 100 cores to run 100 ML searches? If so, I would need to request 1000 cores to perform 1000 BS reps?

Ah now it looks like it is performing all 100 runs. I guess the analysis was just hung up for awhile.
