Dear Users,

There is a confirmed potential bug in all RAxML options evaluating the
likelihoods (branch length and model parameter optimization on fixed
trees) of a set of fixed trees.

Options:

-f g / -f G
-f h / -f H
-f n / -f N

might be affected.

Thus, for evaluating trees please use: -f e and evaluate one tree at a
time or switch to RAxML-NG https://github.com/amkozlov/raxml-ng which
will is the replacement for standard RAxML.

The support for standard RAxML will be discontinued at some point in 2018.

Alexis
