People who travel to Hinjewadi for work every day can hope for some respite from the maddening traffic as the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) has decided to construct a new road connecting the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park to the Shri Shiv Chhatrapati sports complex in Mhalunge-Balewadi.
The 6km road will run parallel to the Pune-Mumbai highway and will be 13m wide.
The MIDC would widen the 'kuccha' road that goes around the Balewadi sports complex towards the Nande village. Read More
