Compare Exchange

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a bug or by design.

When using PutCompareExchangeValueOperation, I noticed the CompareExchange values are persisted even after deleting the database.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a database called "Test"
2. Create a CompareExchange record
3. Delete database "Test", all data. At this stage, I would expect the CompareExchange record to be gone.
4. Create a database, again, called "Test"
5. The CompareExchange record is still visible

What build are you using? We make sure to delete the compare exchange values on db deletion
