How to create a Raven file system via PowerShell using REST

Hi,

I'm using RavenDB server build 3660.

Previously I've used PowerShell to create Raven databases. However, I cannot find any documentation on how to create a Raven file system via REST or HTTP. 

Could someone provide a simple example, or a link to any documentation.

Using rest:

PUT /admin/fs/fs-name

And the content is the json of FileSystemDocument
