relatedmodel = {Id = otherId}

}

when index 

id = model.Id,

relatedmodel_Id = model.relatedmodel.Id

in index got

select new {

Id = ((this0.c)).__document_id,

relatedmodel_Id = ((this0.c)).relatedmodel.__document_id

}

whaaat?
