An export is not a backup.

You need to import the database. Create the new db, then go to Settings > Import

- Smuggler creating a .ravendump 

- and from the User interface creating a full folder (RavenDB.backup)

When I try then to create a new database from backup and put the path it says : 

Couldn't fetch restore points, Couldn't locate any backup files! 

Any way to do it ?

The Restore from backup works with the output of Periodic Backup bundler (v3.x and below)

and the output of the Backup task (v4.x).
