Issues upgrading RavenDB 3.0 to 3.5 (ESENT errors and Lucene errors in log)

I have an application that uses an embedded RavenDB database that I am trying to upgrade from 3.0.30000 to RavenDB 3.5 (tried 35142-Unstable, rc-35157 and rc-35158). I am seeing repeated groups of errors in the log files from Raven.  These repeat every few seconds and don't seem to stop. I see an ESENT error and then a bunch of Lucene errors over and over again.  The app does seem to work at least for search and RavenDB console isn't showing any errors.  Section of the log below.  What is going on here?

This looks to be related to 3.5 for sure. I just upgraded from 3.0.30000 to 3.0.30150 without trouble.

I think that this is because the prefetcher is taking enough time to run that we abort it, but it shouldn't generate an error in the log.
