DTC support for Voron

Started looking at RavenDB 3.0 and was excited to try out Voron after reading performance benchmarks posted on ayende.com.

But unfortunately it seems that Voron can not be used in combination with DTC transactions. Are there any plans for supporting this in the future?

No, it isn't supported, and it won't _be_ supported.

We are keeping DTC support when running on Esent for 3.0, but the overall direction is to move away from DTC.
