RavenDB and time series data

Oren,

A while you postulated you may be extending RavenDB to be more versatile and support storage of time series data for financial applications.

Is this still a plan?

https://influxdata.com/ seems to be the closest thing to that right now.

We actually wrote it, you can find it here:https://github.com/ayende/ravendb/tree/v3.5/Raven.Abstractions/TimeSeries

The problem is that we didn't have the time to complete productizing it.

This is stored as a dedicated binary format. But this is disabled in the UI and in the code because we couldn't get it to production polish in time.
