Raven.Abstractions.Exceptions.ConcurrencyException

A bit confused by this exception. My understanding is that the last PUT would win if UseOptimisticConcurrency was set to false and no ETag was provided as part of the operation.

I get this exception anyway -- even though UseOptimisticConcurrency is set to false and I am not using an ETag.

What am I missing?

It is possible that you have two concurrent writes to the same document at the same instant.

That can cause this.
