There was a fix https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/ravendb/athO4jcq4ZY, but it only fixed the save bug.
Another related issue is only the changes for the first 25 scripts will be asked if need RESET. If any change below the first 25, it will only save, no popup window to ask.

Why do you need to change all replications?
You usually only modify one at a time, and that is what you want to reset.

Work around for that is to manually change the status document.
This isn't an issue in 3.0
