RavenDB 4 - dynamic nodes distribution feature in license

I keep receiving a popup in the studio saying:

You've reached your license limit

Your current license doesn't include the dynamic nodes distribution feature

This occurs on two dev servers, one is with a community license, one is without any license (installed 10 minutes ago). Both are completely standalone, no clustering configured whatsoever.

Is this expected? After closing the popup, nothing seems to stop working so I'm wondering what's wrong.

This is the message, it is shown right after visiting the studio. It can be closed and I can't see any difference in the functionality.

The message is shown also in the notifications along with another message about no living nodes in the database topology:

This server doesn't have any license configured and runs completely standalone.

This is a bug in the license code that checks something that isn't set.

This will be fixed in the next nightly

I just deployed the latest nightly (Build 40, Version 4.0, SemVer 4.0.0-nightly-20171016-0400, Commit 4a4e831) and the issue persists with exactly the same symptoms - same message, same window.
