I get the following error in Rattle when I try to evaluate a decision tree model:

Error in rattle::errorMatrix(crs$dataset[crs$validate, c(crs$input, crs$target)]$TARGET_Adjusted,  :
  unused argument (counts = TRUE)

I am using Rattle 5.0.10 and R 3.4 (64-bit). I had problems Rattle a few days.The problem was resolved by downgrading RGtk2.

Regards,

Gumma

Perhaps try again now with Rattle 5.0.11

Seems like a problem with the RGtk2 install or RStudio or Network? Try a different repository or perhaps

Sorry Graham, but RGTk2(2.20.33) is still a big problem to Rattle, even new version 5.0.12
This is screen shot when I use Rcode on from devtools to install Rattle 5.0.12

Thanks for the information.

From the screenshot it appears that the RGtk2 package did not get installed because of a network connection problem.

As a separate step please try installing just RGtk2. Once that is confirmed as installed, then install rattle.

So:

> install.packages("RGtk2")

Regards,
Graham
