newbie-question: Forest, Boost and other model types disabled

Hello

Newbie question: I started using Rattle and wanted to trying various modeling algorithms. However, everything except Tree, is disabled. How can I enable Forest, Boost and other algorithms?

Is it something about my data or packages installed?

Hey,

Use numeric input and make sure the partition in the data tab is active.

for converting stings into numeric you can use: as.factor(x),

It should work ;)
