where is latest (3.0.4) version of rattle?

i've been experiencing the same "attempt to apply non-function" errors posted elsewhere on this forum, and the solution is repeatedly listed as "install the latest version, like so:"
> install.packages("rattle", repos="http://rattle.togaware.com", type="source")

but i'm getting 404's from this. The one in CRAN seems to be 3.0.2 still. Any idea where the real 3.0.4 is hiding?
