can't load groceries arules data set from library

Hi everyone,

I'm not able to load the groceries:arules:groceries data set from library, my Rattle version is 3.41. on a win7 64bit PC, the error message is Error in names(crs$dataset) <- gsub("-", ".", names(crs$dataset)) : 

  class 'transactions' has no 'names' slot

any help is appreciated.
