Ratchet websockets with openshift

Hello I m using Ratchet for websocekts with openshift on hosting  but i cant connect. On my local host using xampp everything works fine but on openshift i get this error:

WebSocket connection to 'ws://172.30.153.84:8000/?user_id=20&chat_id=35' failed: Connection closed before receiving a handshake response

I dont know what to do. my openshift pod is running my server script. Can anyone help me please?
