Fatal error: Class 'MyApp\Chat' not found

I am using trying to run the chat-server.php from my vps ssh it  throws an error says "Fatal error: Class 'MyApp\Chat' not found".but the same  Dir structure run's perfectly in my localhost. my dir structure as follows

                         Vendor--|

                          src--|

                                 MyApp--|

                                              Chat.php

                          bin--|

                                 chat-server.php

Where is the composer.json?
