application security engineer role at New Relic

I'm jumping on the job posting bandwagon !

This position is based in downtown Portland. 

The scope of this role is : 

* Identifying security issues and risks across New Relic's products and services via threat modeling, design and code reviews, and security testing
* Working with engineers to build secure software, addressing and mitigating security issues and risks
* Evaluating designing, and implementing security tools and automation, including monitoring
* Evangelizing and building awareness of security throughout the development organization, including providing training

We're especially looking for folks who can help us build out our security automation as this is a big focus for us right now - so those who like to code are encouraged to apply !
