This group was opened some years ago to be a place for collaboration on open

source projects, such as python-patch on Google Code. The group is dead, so

is it now transforming to generic chatter / mini-blog / log about what everybody

(me?) are doing, so that people are not disappointed when not receiving replies.

Why not blog? Blogger interface suxx, and Ghost platform with Markdown

support is not released yet. Writing good, interesting blog posts with puctures

requires a fair amount of time and dedication. Group posts doesn't have to be

good or useful. Everyone can contribute, markup and search are sane and

consistent.

There is a chance that this is another dead initiative, and it's ok. Life is a

roguelike.
