Vagrant Reload

I'm still having tons of problems related to how to provision servers, vagrant/virtual machine...mainly in that I'm tearing them to pieces and seeing what I can break.

On the topic though ... did you guys know about the "vagrant reload" command and choose not to use it for some reason in your walk through?

I ask as even on mac os ... Rails is literally the slowest setup of any server not counting a complete install of the os for the machine.  Would love to save myself time, but hate to have unforeseen consequences.
