Not getting SQLite installed with RailsInstaller

I've tried railsinstaller-3.0.0 and railsinstaller-3.1.0 and in both cases no version of sqlite got installed. The sqlite3 --version didn't work and a search could find it.
Any help? Should I just install it manually?
