rails server error!!!

I dont know why it wont work or go throught the localhost:3000.

Have you tried searching about the exec.js error? There are plenty of people who have discussed this and it isn't an issue with RailsInstaller. Typically, Windows has a JavaScript runtime but try installing Node.js.

after i watch the video i still got error after i change on notepad++ on command promt said 
"C:\RailsInstaller\Ruby1.9.3\lib\ruby\gems\1.9.1\gems\execjs-2.0.2\lib\execjs/runtimes.rb:51: in "autodetect": could not find a javascript runtime. see https://github.com/sstephenson/execjs for a list of available runtimes. (execJS::Runtimeunavailable).

i check my in my environment variables are 
C:\RailsInstaller\Git\cmd;
C:\RailsInstaller\Ruby1.9.3\bin;
C:\Ruby200\bin;
C:\Sitesudemy\myruby;
C:\RailsInstaller\Ruby193\bin

i found the solved was that i download at node.js then must be RESTART!!! then start up the localhost:3000 and it works. thanks you so much ! you are awesome!
