typed error manually but since its on web circa 2013 doubtless youve tried to solve it ...
C:\railsinstaller.\scrpits\config_check.rb:12:in 'join' no implicit conversion of nil into string
homepath ?? cmd.exe shows none but .......what is the solution
downloading and rerunning didnt work as it did for lucky prior user in 2013
