ExecJS::ProgramError in Welcome#index

Hello, I decided to study rybu on rails. I decided to start with the installation of your package. Having met with the installation of minor problems. I ran into this error here.

I solved it by removing this line. But I still wonder why the bug had appeared?

The problem is related with ExecJS in Windows. You schould try to install a NodeJS and restart your Window PC. This way helped me.
