Can't use the program. Please help.

I am new to Ruby and Rails and just installed it using RailsInstaller, but when i start up the command prompt for Ruby and Rails it shows the following:

I share you pain. I am also new to Ruby, but my issues are downstream from what you are facing.

For those who might be more knowledgeable on the topic, it might be useful to know what Windows version you are using and possibly what machine you are on.

It can be the end of your problems.
