What does RailsInstaller install?

Hello,

I see on the page that the packages included are:

• Ruby 2.3.3
  
• Rails 5.0
  
• Bundler
  
• Git
  
• Sqlite
  
• TinyTDS
  
• SQL Server Support
  
• DevKit
  

However, it also created a Sites folder on C:\ which was not mentioned anywhere.  I also can't find Sqlite or TinyTDS on my system. Did it install them? 

Can you please specifically detail what was installed?
