Fact of the matter is I've never relied on my website to keep the schedule full so it's never been a priority, but I think that it is a priority now that we're need to recruit new people.
Full time, permanent part-time and contract are all suitable - the roles will be tailored to suit the people that are available. It's more a question of interest and technology. The areas I mentioned are the ones in which we need to be adding people, and people who feel inspired to be working in those areas. The rest will be worked out based on needs and preferences.
