Unable to Relay

I am getting an unable to relay error while trying to use Mail, however on Adobe Coldfusion 10 which use the same mail server settings it works fine.

Is there any differences they way how they communicate with mail server?

Please advise

depending on your email server relay can be setup only to accept requests from specific IP addresses. Check with your email admin.
