Delete queued mail

I have mail pending / stuck in WEB-INF/railo/remote-client/open - how can I delete these? I have tried with FTP, but of course not owned by this client.

Have you tried using the Web Administrator > Services > Tasks and deleting them from there?

They dont show in there.
