Hi, I have used QuTIP excitation number restricted operators to build a Frenkel Exciton Hamiltonian for linear 1D J aggregates. Goal was to study certain kinds of diagonal and off-diagonal disorder and how they influence the linear and nonlinear absorption spectra.
