Control objective fucntion phase option

Setting the phase option with fid_params does not seem to work.   set_phase_option() does not have access to fid_params and when passed in None, sets the option by the fidcomp.phase_option field. However, that appears to be deprecated and requires hard coding in the FidComputer reset method.

Thank you for reporting this issue. I will investigate and try to fix this now.

btw for specific code related related issues (i.e. bugs) you can raise issues directly on the Github site. I will raise an issue on there now for this bug.

Ok, I have implemented a fix for this problem. It will be in the next development release.

May I asked what you are using the phase respecting fidelity for? I was trying to make a test to ensure the final evolution matched the goal (respecting global phase). However, my current examples could not reach their goal in SU mode. Do you have an example I could use?
