`factorial` from scipy.misc is deprecated in scipy 1.0.0. Use `scipy.special.factorial` instead.

to QuTiP: Quantum Toolbox in Python

Just FYI as it did not cause an error in qt.run(), but this warning might allude to potential problems using Factorial in qutip.
