When I generate a set of random states with the function rand_ket(), all the real parts of the random states are negative. who can tell me why? thanks.

rand_ket(4)

Out[33]:

Quantum object: dims = [[4], [1]], shape = [4, 1], type = ket
Qobj data =
[[-0.52681013+0.25866913j]
 [-0.11754368-0.26533599j]
 [-0.61371674+0.25182812j]
 [-0.28101723+0.22870363j]]
