A proposal about Qobj.eigenstates() and other eigen solver : no sorting option.

Hi there,

Your method of eigen solver now provide two sorting options only, 'low' for descending and 'high' for ascending. 

But sometimes I don't want to sort eigenvalues and corresponding eigenstates. For example, when I want to find dressed states and its corresponding eigenvalues.

If you don't care about sorting, then why does the sorting matter in your case?
