mesolve fails to recognize collapse operators

to QuTiP: Quantum Toolbox in Python

Dear all,

Somehow mesolve fails to recognize collapse operators passed to it. For example on running the attached file I get the following output.

result.num_collapse 0

I just simply fail to understand what is going wrong. The file is simply a copy of the example from the documentation.
