It *might* work if you replace https://q2wi.re/swkey with
https://github.com/quick2wire/quick2wire-software-users/raw/master/software%40quick2wire.com.gpg.key

I think the http://q2wi.re URLs are "shortcut URLs" that have
unfortunately now expired... so there may also be other parts of the
install process that no longer work? (since Quick2Wire got bought by
SKPang)
