windows explorer.exe bugs

more testing revealed several bugs:
1. That visual studio will not create a visible window when started. this is worked-around by killing explorer.exe process (windows desktop one).
2. Starting explorer.exe again creates full screen window with thin blue (vm color) border around it showing entire windows screen inside. Nothing would lover the window except for os shutdown or killing exploter.exe that hosts desktop window. Desktop window should be excluded from seamless mode windows.
