fedora-28 VM Manager update; package salt-2018.fc28.noarch requires python-tornado <5.0  but none of the providers can be installed

I can and did open a terminal and do sudo dnf update --allowerasing  but this did not fix the above problem

previous to this some days ago  I believe  I did  sudo dnf autoremove and had 50MB  removed .....perhaps that is what broke the  VM Manager version of  update ?

So I guess I can try in a terminal  --skip-broken,  but  since  the updates  via the terminal and via  the VM Manager  seem  to  be exclusive  of each other, I'm a bit confused .

eg updating successfully in a F28 Template terminal did Not  fix  the VM Manager green arrow  style update ......  thanks in advance.

Same issue here, even after dom0 upgrade and reboot. Qubes 4.0.

Same here as well, on Qubes 3.2. I opened a bug report about it a bit earlier - https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/3991.

Does it matter if I can  update  via  the Template teminal  but NOT via  the VM Manager?

Or what's the difference ?

Maybe this problem will disappear at some point, like other various Qubes issues
