Qubes-Whonix default applications will most likely change from KDE-ish to XFCE-ish

TLDR:

- Qubes-Whonix default applications will most likely change from KDE-ish
to XFCE-ish
- TemplateVM disk size of Qubes-Whonix will most likely shrink.

Long:

Good news from the Whonix side.

Previously there was:

a) Non-Qubes-Whonix KDE and;
b) Qubes-Whonix (basically Non-Qubes-Whonix without desktop environment
packages since that is handled by Qubes dom0 / Qubes tools)

Recent developments:

1) Non-Qubes-Whonix CLI was implemented (unreleased, untested source
code release only for now);
2) therefore development of Non-Qubes-Whonix XFCE will be a lot easier
and is already in progress [1]
3) therefore Qubes-Whonix KDE-ish default applications (dolphin, ...)
will most likely be replaced from KDE-ish to XFCE-ish
4) therefore the TemplateVM disk size of Qubes-Whonix will most likely
shrink.
