High cpu usage from Rsyslog on R3rc2

Hi Guys,

I just installed R3-rc2 on my Latitude 5420 and fighting with different issues from the beginning because of the broadcomm Wifi(now switched to a compatible one) and wired Network card (now disabled).

But i still getting high cpu usage from Rsyslog because of this line:

/etc/rsyslog.conf
$ModLoad imjournal # provides access to the systemd journal

Most likely something generates a lot of log lines. Check `sudo journalctl`
output to find out what.
