PCI-e errors on boot (managed to grab them), how to interpret and how bad is it?

Right after posting the previous report https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/qubes-devel/7K1wm_tuuVI (which mentioned, among other things, a pcie error on shutdown) decided to check if there are any pcie errors on boot, and lo and behold, there are

Questions:
1)
how bad the situation is? Am I looking at some kind of deadly doom approaching the motherboard (I'm on Box 1 from previous report right now, won't be able to reach Box 2 to see if it has similar oddities when booting qubes until at least next monday) ?
2)
can it be related to sudden "USB wifi dongle fainting" from previous report?

P.S.:
additional information - the raid controller and the Asmedia USB controller are attached to AppVMs.
