project "Offline documentation."

I know the date of submission is just about to end. But if you want to
suggest any corrections or information regarding the proposal, please

Thanks for submitting. We'll review it in upcoming week, but I think the
GSoD rules says you will get the feedback only after the whole review
period ends both for us and for Google (August 16). So, there is quite a
bit of time until that:
